Our family was blessed with the birth of our Precious Jessica Noel.  God gave the world an angel on earth to bring smiles, laughter and happiness and love to so many people.  November 18, 1986, the Angels sang to rejoice in the birth of  Our Precious Jessica Noel truly an Angel on Earth.

Our precious Jessica was a member of St. Paul's Sports teams which won a triple Crown in all events.  What a wonderful year.  Vickie and Annie two great coaches, Jessica loved playing for you.

Precious Jessica goes on Road trip in a luxury Winabago with best friend Angie,

Donna and Roy through the west and staying in Las Vegas.  Our Precious Jessica had the

time of her life.  Shopping, manicures, pedicures, Magic shows, fine dining, what

Dreams are Made of.  Our Precious Jessica had so much fun, but we missed

Jessica so badly - but so happy Our Precious Jessica Noel was having the time

of her life.

and fascinating sites.  A trip we have always treasured.  So many good

times and special moments shared.  Thank you Mom for helping me to go on

the trip.  The trip of a lifetime for my Precious Jessica Noel and me to

After four grueling days at the Hall of Injustice we have not received any Justice for Our Precious Jessica Noel.
On April 24, 2008, after closing arguments (Mr. Doll, Commonwealth Prosecutor did an excellent job with the State’s closing argument), the Jurors took only TWO hours to come back with their atrocious and shocking verdicts. (My guess is they were tired and ready to go home??)

Colbert – No Murder or Manslaughter – but Reckless Driving, DUI (.20 -.25), and driving on a revoked license (revoked from Florida for ten months). Colbert’s Attorney hired at the taxpayer’s expense a Crash Analysis Expert. (The Commonwealth chose not to hire a Crash Analysis Expert – at our first meeting the Commonwealth was concerned about having to do so (my only conclusion is they did not want to spend the dollars to do so). Colbert served ONLY 16 months for the Murder of our Precious Jessica Noel. The Community has now once again been placed in danger as he now has an opportunity and is likely to Drink, Drive, and Injure, Maim or Murder again while under the influence.

April 28, 2008, NO JUSTICE FOR OUR PRECIOUS JESSICA NOEL MURDERED BY DRUNK DRIVERS IN KENTUCKY

Monday, April 28, 2008, despite all our efforts the Penalty Phase did not go well. The Jurors came back with a recommended sentence of 7 ½ years, Manslaughter II – eligible for parole after 20% of sentence is served.

I can assure you we will not let Our Precious Jessica Noel down and will appear at every Parole Hearing with our Victim Impact Statement.

We will be receiving from the Prosecutors Office a form which can be filled out, and letters can be attached as to why we feel the Judge should IMPOSE THE MAXIMUM of 10 years. Please contact me by email and I can forward the form to you. We would greatly appreciate if you can complete the form and if you wish to attach a letter be sent to The Honorable Judge Martin McDonald. We can only pray and hope that Judge McDonald will take the forms, letters, and Our Victim Impact Statement into consideration when Formal Sentencing is announced. These forms and letters are sent to the Correction Facility and available to the Parole Board.

October 21, 2008 We received our much awaited telephone call from the Parole Board.  The Parole Board heard our pleas and in their wisdom have advised the Monster who murdered our Precious Jessica Noel will Servr out his time.

 October 21, 2008, 2nd Angelversary

November 6, 2008, The Murder will be at a Pre-trial for the Illegal Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Roberts receives 12 months sentence on Possession Charge

May 4, 2009 We again go to the Parole Board to beg that Roberts receives another serve out on the 12 month sentence

Warden denies us access to Roberts public Parole Hearing

May 6, 2009 We are notified Roberts recieved another SERVE OUT

July 2009 Received Letter Robert's appeal has been DENIED

I ask how I can give thanks on Thanksgiving without My adorable and Cherished Precious Jessica.

I SCREAM and CRY out to God to wake me up!!!  This can not be real it can not.  When will God wake us all from this nightmare we are forced to endure everyday. 

Each day without you, my sweet baby is another day without light for me.

May 2007, Ashley Miller and I visited Our Precious Jessica Noel.  While there the most beautiful, lavender, petite butterfly landed on my purse, and then rested on my finger.  This tender butterfly stayed with us as we walked to the car and gently flew out of the car window (the butterfly stayed with us for at least 10-15 minutes) 

March 18, 2008, Our adored Jenifer was scheduled for her second colonoscopy.  Jenifer had a colonoscopy in September 2007, showing abnormalities.  Dr. Stephens came out to advise the cononoscopy, performed 3/18/08, came back with no abnormalities.  The procedure was performed at Kosair Hospital, and before entering the Admissions Room, they always have a White Board to welcome the patients being seen that day.  Jenifer  name was listed and Jessica was written next to Jenifer's name.  When seeing this, I felt some calmness.  As this affirms that my Precious Jessica Noel is Always watching over her baby sister.
